Sunday University represents a ten-week comprehensive teaching series. The purpose of the classes is to help build a solid foundation for successful living as a Believer and to create a biblical hunger and desire for the Will of God. Completing the Foundation Classes is one of the requirements for active membership of Empowered Believers Worship Center. The class topics are:

 

Salvation One & Two

Total redemption has been provided to all who believe and accept Jesus Christ because of His life, death, and resurrection. This teaching explains in detail the total plan of redemption and all its benefits.

 

Holy Spirit

This teaching offers a clear explanation of the importance of the Holy Spirit and the deference between the "with-in" and "upon" experience for every Believer.

 

Prayer

It is not surprising that many of us are not aware that there are different types of prayers with various applications for those prayers. In this teaching, promises in the Word of God are given, as well as the basis for the different types of prayers and the various applications.

 

Faith

The bible says, "the just shall live by faith..." This explains what faith is, how a person obtains faith, and how to use faith as a servant, and much more.

 

Covenant

The highest agreement that one can make on earth is a covenant. This teaching fully explains God’s covenant, the reason for the covenant, and how you can have a covenant relationship with God.

   

Healing

 

 Healing is a provision of salvation! Learn what the Word of God has to say about healing and divine health.

 

Prosperity

For too long the Church has been viewed as not having enough (i.e., the vow of poverty, etc.).  This teaching will erase all wrong thinking about prosperity and wealth, and teach you how God wants you to prosper according to His Word.

 

Righteousness

This is the foundation for walking in "great" faith. This teaching will set the tone for knowing our Kingdom rights, the benefits we partake of by being joint - heirs with Jesus Christ. This class will also teach you what righteousness is, and what righteousness is not.

 

 

 

Evangelism

The great commission! God expects all born-again Believers to be effective witness. This teaching concludes the Foundation Training Course with an upbeat and stirring message, "Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel (Good News) to every creature".
