Johnnie Brown III, is the Senior Pastor of “Empowered Believers” Worship Center. A visionary and dedicated leader with a passion to empower people to win in every area of life. He is committed to developing programs and services that reach people of all walks of life. He leads the multi-cultural family friendly congregation in unchartered waters by his bold resolve to stand in Faith. He has strategically positioned the ministry for marketplace impact through innovative community partnerships.

Pastor Brown has a unique and dynamic approach of presenting the gospel truths to a diverse people, enabling them to connect and relate, regardless of socioeconomic backgrounds. He is an advocate for higher learning and encourages men and women to increase their knowledge base in order to conquer barriers and maximize their full potential.

Pastor Brown has a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan-Flint and is licensed as a Registered Nurse. He is the Founder and President of Empowered Enterprise, Inc., a Community Development Corporation, which is the parent company of the Lord’s Gym of Flint, a non-profit organization. Pastor Brown is married to First Lady Dhannetta Brown and they have three children.

Dhannetta Brown, affectionately known as “Lady Brown,” is the wife of Pastor Johnnie Brown III, and the First Lady of “Empowered Believers” Worship Center. A woman of virtue, courage, and grace, Lady Brown is known for her endless compassion and wisdom, which she models in her daily walk of faith. She is the director of Women’s Ministry at “Empowered Believers” Worship Center. Lady Brown holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting and, a Master of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources.

Lady Brown oversees the Women’s Ministry at Empowered Believers and has a passion for seeing women excel in every area of life. She encourages women to strive for wholeness and spiritual maturity. Lady Brown has a unique style of inspiring and motivating women of all ages and backgrounds to discover God’s true purpose for their lives.

Lady Brown is a woman of integrity and character, and she works faithfully beside her husband with poise and dignity. She is the mother of three children.
